Our information session on January 30th 2023 will provide you with all the information you need to know about our certification program and the benefits of becoming a Certified Leadership Coach through the Spitfire Leadership Coaching Academy.

The program includes a combination of online and in-person training, as well as one-on-one mentoring with experienced Leadership Coaches.

• Create a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and motivation

• Be a change agent in promoting psychological safety

In addition, our program is recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and upon completion, you will be eligible for the ACC (Associate Certified Coach).
