Spitfire Coach is a network of ICF-certified coaches, master facilitators, and expansive strategists who create inclusive spaces for leaders and teams to build trust, innovate and grow in a manageable and sustainable way.

Our coaches and consultants layer foundational coaching competencies with design thinking and entrepreneurial energy.  We convert friction and uncertainty into opportunities for understanding and transformation.

We know that executives and managers are faced with a need to perform at high levels under compressed timelines. We also know that many leaders are not equipped with the skills they need to adapt, adjust and excel in our current rate of change and acceleration. 

That’s where Spitfire Coach comes in. We work with our clients to identify their Special Sauce of Success including their Zones of Genius, Safety Needs, and Phases or Psychological Safety. Working one-on-one, in small groups or as an organization, Spitfire Coach teaches, facilitates and coaches around challenging conversations including Inclusive Leadership, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Managing Up, Creating and Maintaining Boundaries, and Having Difficult Conversations.
