Stop solving.
Start designing
futures.
Future Self Design™ for Coaches is a 3-session live training that transforms how you coach — from reactive problem-solver to architect of lasting identity change.
You're a skilled coach.
But something keeps getting in the way.
You leave sessions wondering if you actually moved the needle — or just helped someone feel better for an afternoon.
"We had such a breakthrough session… and then next time we were right back at the same issue."
"My client knows exactly what they don't want. But when I ask what they do want — total blank."
"I feel like I'm getting trapped in the story. Every session circles back to the same narrative."
"I'm working harder than my client in these sessions. Something's off, but I can't name it."
What if the goal isn't to solve the problem — but to make the problem irrelevant?
Future Self Design™ is a proprietary coaching methodology built around one insight: your clients don't come to you just to fix things. They come to find out who they are without the thing that's holding them back.
- 01 Shift from problem-oriented to possibility-oriented thinking — without leaving the client behind
- 02 Use intuition as a coaching tool — learn to trust what you're sensing, not just what you're hearing
- 03 Build agreements that create identity-level transformation, not just action-level compliance
- 04 Navigate the 9 most common session hurdles with language you can use immediately
- 05 Understand exactly where each client is — and how far you can stretch them right now
"Where your focus goes is where your energy grows. The question is — where is the energy going in your session?"
— Lauren LeMunyan, MCC · Founder, Spitfire CoachThis isn't about throwing out ICF competencies. It's about learning to use them with the confidence and creativity of a truly masterful coach — meeting clients where they are, and walking them toward who they want to become.
Coaching that sticks.
Five learning objectives. Concrete tools. Language you can use in your very next session.
Transformational Conversations
Facilitate sessions that spark genuine identity evolution — not just goal-setting and to-do lists.
Calibrated Intuition
Trust what you sense. Know the difference between intuition, judgment, and interpretation — and use each one intentionally.
Future Self Toolkit
Apply the complete Future Self Design™ framework — from values alignment and visioning to micro and macro transformation mapping.
Masterful Agreements
Set session agreements that are client-led, values-rooted, and designed for transformation — not just task completion.
Hurdle Navigation
Exact language for the 9 most common session jams: story looping, performative vulnerability, coach dependency, urgency addiction, and more.
Stronger ICF Competencies
Deepen your practice in Core Competencies 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 — and earn 13 CCE credits toward ACC or PCC renewal.
Three sessions.

What coaches actually said.
Direct from session recordings — unscripted, unedited moments of breakthrough.
"I realized I have more intuition than I thought. I was second-guessing myself after asking a scaling question — but then I realized I really didn't have to ask that follow-up. The intuition was right."
Cohort Participant ACC"Once it clicked — that I want to give unconditional love — everything just fell into place. I'd been asking the wrong question about the relationship. This completely changed what I needed to work on."
Cohort Participant PCC"I love giving myself permission to let go of the template. To feel more like a conversation and less rigid — but still staying within the core competencies. I didn't know I could do both."
Cohort Participant ACC"I've never had a training ask us to think about the environment first. It really helped frame everything that came after. I left session one with three things I'm using right now."

Lauren didn't create Future Self Design™ from theory. She built it after thousands of hours of coaching sessions — noticing where coaches (herself included) got stuck, where clients started looping, and where the real transformation was being left on the table.
The result is a framework that's rigorous enough for ICF accreditation and flexible enough to feel like improv. It doesn't replace your training — it gives your training somewhere powerful to go.
Every cohort is capped at 8 coaches. Lauren is in the room the entire time — not just presenting, but coaching, demonstrating, and giving live feedback on your sessions.

Everything you
want to know first.
Do I need to be actively practicing to enroll?
No. Coaches at all stages — from recently credentialed to those returning to practice — have gotten tremendous value from this program. You will be asked to do a coaching session for homework, but an alternative exercise is available if you don't have a current client.
What credential level is this designed for?
This course is designed for ACC and PCC holders — coaches who have their foundational skills and are ready to deepen them. ICF competencies are woven throughout. The 13 CCE credits are approved for both ACC and PCC renewal submissions.
What if I miss a live session?
All sessions are recorded and available on the course page immediately after. That said, the peer coaching and live feedback is where much of the learning happens — full participation is strongly encouraged.
How is this different from other advanced coaching courses?
Most advanced training focuses on models and methodology. Future Self Design™ focuses on what's actually happening in the room — where energy goes, what intuition is telling you, and how to hold space for identity-level change rather than task-level outcomes. It's practical, not abstract.
When does the mentor coaching session take place?
After the three group sessions, you'll receive a link to book your private 1-hour mentor coaching session with Lauren directly. Bring a recording, a live question, or anything from your practice — it's your time to use however serves you most.
What's the cohort size?
Cohorts are intentionally capped at 8 coaches. The small group format is central to the learning — you'll coach each other, give and receive live feedback, and build the kind of trust that makes real exploration possible.
