Spitfire Coach is a global network of accredited ICF coaches and expert trainers and facilitators focused on activating and advancing future leaders. Founded in 2016 by Lauren LeMunyan MCC, Spitfire Coach has worked with hundreds of leaders from Fortune 100 companies, leading tech firms, think tanks, and small businesses. Spitfire Coach was born out of a need to support mid-career professionals become confident, whole beings at work and beyond.

About the Spitfire Activation Process
The SPITFIRE Activation Process (S.A.P.) was developed to activate leaders through an 8-part journey of Self-Awareness, Personal Growth, Implementation, Timing, Fierceness, Iteration, Resiliency, and Empowerment. Through this adventure, we teach leaders and teams the necessary skills, frameworks and systems to lead like coaches and ignite the inner fire in others.
S.A.P. leverages The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety, one-one-one coaching with ICF Certified Coaches, group coaching cohorts led by master facilitators, private Resentment Release Intensives, and group trainings and innovation labs to build cohesive teams and empowered leaders.
We focus on developing leaders from the inside out and support them through one-on-one coaching, group facilitation, strategic sound boarding, and learn-as-you-go training.
About The Founder
Lauren LeMunyan MCC
Over two decades, Lauren has developed a deep and strategic relationship with established and emerging leaders in Fortune 100 companies, nonprofits, healthcare, finance, and leading tech companies. Lauren is a MCC ICF-accredited coach with more than 3,000 hours working with hundreds of clients from Fortune 100, technology, nonprofits, design, startups, real estate, oil and gas, and entertainment.
Before becoming a coach, Lauren was Executive Director of three global trade associations and has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. Through these experiences and lessons of burnout and reemergence, Lauren wrote her first book, "Spitting Fire: Your Guide to Reignite Your Passion at Home, Work, and Beyond." She followed it up in 2020 with "The ABCs of Awesome Living."
Lauren believes learning is a continuous process that works best with individual curiosity and collective application. Lauren became fascinated with human development at Rutgers University after receiving a BA in Sociology. She knows that trust-based human connection through community-building and approachable leadership is the success factor that causes organizations to grow exponentially.
