Case Study 1:
Helping High Potential Professionals in Tech Reach Their Next Level
Problem: A group of 14 high-performing engineers and programmers from a leading tech market firm were unclear of their next steps in their career path resulting in frustration, disengagement, and outside job searches.
Solution: Using a co-designed career road map, a series of leadership skillset assessments, and one-on-one executive coaching, individuals were better able to identify and remedy problem areas and build confidence with their authentic expression.
Results: Of the 14 professionals who indicated a desire for a leadership position, all were promoted within a year and two were promoted to lead a division. They report high levels of satisfaction and glowing reviews from the team members and colleagues.

Siloed Think Tank Bottlenecking Impact
Problem: A siloed team of philanthropic thinkers was stunted in their reach and impact due to a lack of interconnected goals and a common language for success.
Solution: Using team-building workshops and one-on-one and group coaching, we aligned the shared mission of the organization with individual goals and talents.
Result: After 18 months, the organization collaborates regularly and has tripled their partnerships and 10X their impact and stakeholder reach.

Doing a 180 on a Negative 360
Problem: Senior leaders of a major Fortune 100 company needed to improve their soft skills with their team and other stakeholders.
Solution: Following the results of a negative 360, we designed a training and development plan including one-on-one coaching, design thinking, and empathetic reflection to align their values with their expression at work. We also developed a leadership style rebrand to increase the positive impact and influence they had on their team and in their organization.
Results: This leader is now recognized as one of the top inclusive leaders in the oil and gas industry.
Case Study 4:
Design Firm Stuck in a Revenue Rut
Problem: Owner of a decade-old design firm frustrated by stagnating revenue and decreasing profit margins.
Solution: We established a 90-day goal to reach the total revenue of the previous year and developed a comprehensive strategy using money mindset shifts and consistent accountability to address the intrusion of Impostor Syndrome.
Result: Within 45 days, the client exceeded what they made in the entire previous year and has a renewed sense of confidence, organization, and motivation.
