1-1 Sessions

FAQs

  • Once we have two or more people interested, we will start a cohort unless we have dates otherwise posted.

  • The group program is 7 total hours over 5 sessions.

    Session 1: 1 hour

    Session 2: 1.5 hours

    Session 3: 1.5 hours

    Session 4: 1.5 hours

    Session 5: 1.5 hours

  • ICF requires that mentor coaching be at least 3 months from start to finish. Day 1 is when we begin our first group session. The final day is when you book your last private session. This duration is based on availability and scheduling and can be done within the 3 month minimum or longer.

  • We ask that you complete and commit to the 5 coaching sessions as others are depending on your participation. We ask that you complete your 3 private coaching sessions within one year of the first group session.
