LLC combines the traditional strategic planning framework with core energy coaching techniques to increase motivation, creativity, ownership and effectiveness in accountability and execution. LLC works with teams to develop tactical action plans with time-based initiatives and offers weekly, monthly or quarterly check ins and coaching services to increase productivity and success. (Half Day, Full Day, and Multi-Day Rates Available)

• Team Building Retreats

Connect with your team by getting to the roots of your mission and understanding each other's language.  Retreats are tailored to meet the needs of your group including attitudinal assessments, games, communication strategies, brainstorming and meta plan build outs.
