Who is Amy Kan?

With more than twenty years' experience in marketing and communications, Amy understands the power that good communications has to influence, motivate and inspire. Her experience provides context to leadership coaching, training and facilitation, that explores the behaviors that influence how we communicate, such as emotional intelligence, mindset and an individual's attitudes and perceptions.
Amy launched Amy Kan Coaching in 2018, offering fully customizable services to organizations of all sizes, collaborating with other experienced professionals as needed, to scale solutions to meet clients' needs. She writes about leadership as a contributor to online publications such as Fast Company, CEOWorld Magazine, All Business, and Thrive Global.
Amy received her MBA, with a concentration in marketing, from the London Business School, BA in Communications from the University of Michigan, and coach training from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC.) She holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Amy lives with her husband and two daughters in suburban Los Angeles, and serves on the Board and Program Committee of Leadership Pasadena.
